We have recently reviewed and updated the Terms and Conditions for all Parish Online subscriptions.
The main update is under Section 2 - Agreed Use, which provides additional clarification on how Parish Online may be used under the license terms.
We remind all our customers that Parish Online may only be used for the activities and benefit of the council that hold the license. Each license is restricted to use by an individual Town, Parish, Community Council and may NOT be used to service multiple Councils. Doing so is not only a breach of the licensing terms for Parish Online but also for the Ordnance Survey data provided to accounts through the Pubic Sector Mapping Agreement.
The updated terms and conditions can be viewed and downloaded from the website and will come into effect immediately for new customers, and from the next renewal date for existing customers.
